Biggest? When I went to Mexico I visited the pyramids and at the time didn’t climb them. Now they are permanently off limits :( I regret that so much. If you mean little life regrets - I regret not focusing more on science in school, I regret not asking Jenny Irvine out in 10th grade, I regret eating myself into fatitude after a series of college girlfriends broke my heart, I regret letting the idea that “you need money to be happy” force me to take a job after college that I was miserable in, and I regret not doing what I love sooner.
